After this date, only exchanges or store credits will be issued on current collection items. All items must be new, unused and in perfect condition.

Method 1: Request a Return Label

1. Visit the ‘Contact Us’ section on our website and click on
‘Customer Service’. Fill out the form and choose
‘Request a Return Label’ for the subject.
You can also call or email Customer Service

3. Print and place your label covering the old one
or by using a new box.
4. Complete this form and include it with your
5. Drop your package at a UPS/ USPS drop off
location depending on the label sent.
* The cost of return shipping is $5.95 which
will be deducted from your refund.

Method 2: Use your own shipping method

2. Package the item(s) securely and use, if
possible the original parcel.
