Orders placed Monday- Friday before NOON EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays) and if placed after this deadline will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after NOON EST will ship out on the following Monday.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Ground service.

For security reasons, purchases over $1,000 will require signature from the recipient when delivered. If you wish to add signature to an order under $1,000, please contact our online customer service team.

We offer complimentary gift wrap. Choose the gift wrap option in your shopping cart prior to checkout. *

*Please note we cannot gift wrap luggage.

We currently accept orders using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Longchamp Gift Cards. We do not accept international credit cards when shopping on our U.S. site. If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped within the US using an international credit card, you must checkout with PayPal.

All purchases will be charged in U.S. dollars.

Purchases are eligible for a refund to the original form of purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. All items returned after the allotted time may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. Le Pliage Personalized, sale and previous catalog items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
